Love CrossFit, my PT clients & the community at Bearwalden Gym. I used to race motorbikes and fall off a lot. I also love to cook and drink the occasional beer.

Love the facility at Bearwalden that offers my PT clients so much. I found CrossFit around 3 years ago while searching for new and exciting ways to get fit and test myself. I couldn't find a local CrossFit box to train in so I built my own gym at home. I also love food and drink the occasional beer.
