New to CrossFit?
The Foundation Course is designed for the total beginner, to prepare you for our general classes. The movements we perform are unique and take some time and practice in the beginning to learn how to execute them properly. You will be educated on what CrossFit is and why we think it is a great way to get you fit. The group size is no more than 6 people, which allows for a more personal and dedicated environment with other individuals. Come prepared to sweat a little; we will be throwing a little workout into each session.
How ‘The Foundation’ Course Works:
This is a 2 session introductory programme with each lasting 90 minutes.
We will cover the 9 Fundamental movements of CrossFit;
- Air Squat
- Front Squat
- Overhead Squat
- Strict Press
- Push Press
- Push Jerk
- Sumo Deadlift High Pull
- Medicine Ball Clean
