WOD 2 / Time Cap 10 Min

3 Rounds of :

  • 30 Reverse Lunge
  • 20 Push ups
  • 10 1/2 Squat Jump

Remaining Time =

  • 10 High Knees
  • 5 Tuck Jump

WOD 3 / Time Cap 9 Min

  • 21-5-9
  • Push ups (Narrow)
  • Dips
  • Reverse Snow Angels

+ 10 Burpee in-between
