  • M4- Single Leg RDLs

B. Midline / Gas EMOM 8

  • M1 – 20s Max Crunchies 20s Hold 20s Toe Taps
  • M2 – 10 High Knees 10 Down Ups Max Star Jumps

C. EMOM 9 Upper body

  • M1 – 40s Plank March (Elbow – Stand)
  • M2 – Tempo Pushups @3211 4-6 Reps
  • M3 – 12 Dips + Max Unbroken Pushups Finisher : 100 Jump Lunge
  • EMOM = 5 Burpee or Clap Push ups
