  • M2 – 20s Max Burpee 40s High Knees

C: For time / ( 12 Min Cap ) / Upper Body Conditioning

  • 100-80-60-40-20 Mountain Climbers
  • 12-10-8-6-4 Press-ups
  • Any Remaining time = 10 Broad Jump 20 Dips
