The WOD or workout of the day will change day to day and allows members to train as often as possible without over-training certain areas. A typical 60 min class will be: 5 -10 min warm up 20 min strength / skill work 10-25 min WOD 5-10 min cool down.

By design, Longevity will improve your physical fitness and independence but also your quality of mind by showing yourself you are capable of much more than you think!

GETTING STARTED IN CROSSFIT
Our Foundation Course
The Foundation Course is designed for the total beginner and will prepare you for our general CrossFit classes. This is a minimum 6 session introductory programme each lasting 60 minutes with one of our CrossFit Coaches – the course has a maximum group size of 4 people. Just message us and we will talk through the options at length in a one-to-one chat, face to face or over the phone.
