Mission Objective to improve Bears V02 MAXΒ 

Week 1.

Running WOD 1

  • VO2 Max Priority
    10 Rounds of:RX / 6 Rounds of: Scaled
    Run 200 Meters @ 60% Effort
    Run 200 Meters @ 100% Effort

Rest 60s

Running WOD 2

Lactate threshold (All efforts are based off you 1 Mile PR)
One set of: RX

  • Run (RX) 1600 / Scaled t0 1200 Meters @ 85%

Rest 60s

  • Run 800 / 600 Meters @ 90%

Rest 60s

  • Run 800 Meters @ 75%

Rest 60s

  • Run (RX)1600 / (Scaled) 1200 Meters @ 80-85%

Rest 3-5 Min

  • Run 3 Mile / 1.5 Mile @ 70% Aerobic Effort Focus on Breathing / Pacing

These will be added every week so be sure to add them and get them done during the week when you can. Also keep recorded of your times and scores. Both Styles of Training will be a great addition to your training to help keep Muscle and burn Fat. A more intelligent way to train running with more Gainz that have a good Cross-over in CrossFit Training Modalities and less Risk of injury too.
