Every day bring us new challenges but with the support of an AMAZING community we’re facing this situation head on. Instead of stopping what we’re doing, we’re adapting using the resources available to us to return the support of our members. Virtual Coaching, online classes, interactive HomeWODs, Partner & Team WODS on facetime and much more… Challenges will not break our community, it will make us stronger. Keeping our members active and connected is our priority so we’ll do it any way we can.

Most importanly – Stay at home to save lives. Protect frontline workers, friends and family. #stayathome for the NHS. We will get through this faster by following the advice and by keeping away from others.

EXAMPLES OF CROSSFIT EXERCISES
Constantly varied functional movements
Squats, jumps, runs, rows, bikes, climbs, press ups, pull ups, sit ups, presses, swings, snatches, cleans, deadlifts, plus many others!!! The WOD or workout of the day will change day to day and allows members to train as often as possible without over-training certain areas. A typical 60 min class will be: 5 -10 min warm up 20 min strength / skill work 10-25 min WOD 5-10 min cool down.

The Foundation Course is designed for the total beginner and will prepare you for our general CrossFit classes. This is a minimum 6 session introductory programme each lasting 60 minutes with one of our CrossFit Coaches – the course has a maximum group size of 4 people.
